ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT CREATING YOUR OWN ADULT MUG

STEP ONE

Decide what style of mug you want and purchase it using our shopping cart. (You will be given an order number in your confirmation e-mail from us. Keep this handy as you will need it later).

STEP TWO

You need to send us your pictures for the mug. You need to take the order number from your confirmation e-mail and then rename the picture to the order number.

SENDING US YOUR PICTURES DIGITALLY

If you are scanning your own photographs we recommend a resolution of 300dpi and a minimum height of 9.5cm. These can then be attached directly to an e-mail and sent to us. Along with the information below

1. Name and address details
2. Order number (the one that was sent in our confirmation e-mail)
3. Where you want the pictures placing on the mug.
4. If you are having text on your mug we need to know where you want it, be sure to check your spelling as we will put the text that you write in this e-mail directly on to the mug using your spelling. We also need to know if you want capitals or lower case.

PLEASE NOT THAT WE CAN ONLY PUT ON THE MUG WHAT YOU SEND. IF YOU SEND US BLURRY OR OTHERWISE SUB STANDARD IMAGES, THAT IS THE WAY THAT THEY WILL APPEAR ON THE MUG.
