| How does the WowMug® work ?. |
The top coating of the mug is heat sensitive. When hot water is added the heat sensitive layer becomes transparent to reveal the image underneath.

| Is the Adult Mug for me ?. |
Of course, you are about to buy the most exciting mug in the world, all your friends will want one.

| Why should I believe you ?. |
We are licensed to supply from the patent GB2325162. Our mug is dishwasher proof and retains the printed image, beware of imitations trying to produce a similar product, they have no patent or interior technical know how and they often say "wash gently by hand".

| Why should I buy a novelty gift from you ?. |
This mug is supplied to Blue Chip companies and retail outlets, they require the high standard of manufacture as offered to you. The only difference between these clients and you is the selected image.

| Will the mug last ?. |
If stored out of direct sunlight your mug will give you years of pleasure.

| How do you send the mug?. |
We send all of our mugs by fist class delivery within the UK and first class delivery air mail to the rest of the world.

| How do I get my pictures to you ?. |
Pictures can be sent by e-mail to designs@adultmugs.com

| How big should the pictures for the mug be ?. |
| If you are sending us digital pics they need to be 300dpi and no less than 9.5cm high (click here for further info).

| How about text on a mug?. |
We apply text to the mug, placement color and size is at our discretion.

| What is the difference between landscape and portrait ?. |

| In general the better orientation for application on to the mug. We can fit up to three of these around a mug. Hint (we prefer this type of image). |
Not as good as the portrait we can fit two around
a mug at a push they can be cropped into a portrait shape but if you
require us to do this the final cropping is at our discretion |
